Payment Policy

1. Applicable Services: All Services including Attendant, Nursing Care, Critical Care, Infant Care, Rehab Care except Physio and short term intervention service.
2. Only Direct Payment to Caringwin: You don't have to pay to the caregiver in cash or cheque unless asked by Caringwin Customer Service team. You will be paying to Caringwin directly Online/App or request for a cash/cheque pickup.

Payment Facilities

Monthly: This will be an advance payment service, you will need to pay 30 days payment in advance

Refund Policy

Once the refund is initiated, your balance amount will be credited to your account within 30 working days.

Cancellation Policy

1. You may cancel or reschedule any appointment by calling 7019489219 or through website. No later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment else you will be charged @100% of the service charge.
2. In case of request for rescheduling Caringwin home nursing services does not guarantee that it will be able to provide the same CareGiver again and on the rescheduled time.
3. Caringwin home nursing services may cancel or reschedule any appointment without prior notice.
